Our story began with Amos, our son. Out of love for him, we started to discover the joy of simple, clean, and honest food.
An immense joy, but also an unexpected challenge: a diagnosis of food allergies that changed our lives. Suddenly, every meal became a mission to find food that was safe, clean, and truly kind to body and soul.
We set out alongside him on a journey of discovery: from labels that were hard to read and endless searching, to the true simplicity of clean products.
From this journey was born our wish to share with you what we learned: that food can be, all at once, health, balance and joy.
It was hard to find trustworthy sources, but that very search made us realize how much need there is for a safe place where people can choose without fear.
That is how this shop was born — not as a business, but as a family promise: to bring you clean products, chosen with the same care we use for Amos and for ourselves.
